We get it - plans change. You can cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Within 48 hours, we'll charge one night's stay. Peak season (December-March) needs 7 days notice. Pretty straightforward, no hidden catches.

Absolutely! We're totally pet-friendly. We love furry guests and there's a small daily fee of $35 per pet. We've got special amenities like pet beds, bowls, and even a list of nearby dog-friendly trails. Just mention you're bringing your buddy when booking.

Check-in starts at 4PM and check-out's at 11AM. Arriving earlier or need to stay later? Just ask - if we've got availability, we're usually pretty flexible. We can also store your luggage if you want to explore before your room's ready.

It depends on which package you book. Some of our suites come with complimentary breakfast, others don't. Either way, our restaurant serves an amazing breakfast buffet from 7-11AM daily. Trust me, the mountain berry pancakes are worth every penny.
